No hard-to-use equipment, painful learning curve, or keeping track of multiple subscriptions to take your ideas from record → share. With VEED, you can do this with a single tool.

In just a few years, we’ve gone from one user to millions. From no revenue to $12M+ ARR. From bootstrapped to backed by Sequoia, one of the biggest VC firms in the world. From a team of two to a team of 160+. And we’re seeking more talented, motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to join our growing team.

About the team

You’ll be a T-shaped growth product manager within the User Growth group within VEED. This is a cross-functional group made up of product, growth, engineering, design and marketing teams where everyone supports each other to achieve the biggest impact possible. The group is self-sufficient with a culture of “a startup within a startup”. You’ll work within the product-led growth team side of the group, and help supercharge our user growth.

Our entire team is remote (and always has been).

What will you do

• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through different initiatives, prioritising based on impact

• Go deep, learn and become the subject matter expert in your area of focus. Deeply understand how the growth engine works, and what’s the next most important thing to 10x your metrics

• Coordinate our cross-functional team(s) to deliver on your roadmap. Build a high-performing team, by setting big goals and regularly hitting them. Collaborate with other teams to make common goals happen. Become the cheerleader and advocate for acquisition and user growth at VEED.

• Use data and research to uncover existing problems, come up with creative solutions and identify new innovative ways to drive growth.

• Collaborate with multiple different teams (design, engineering, data, etc.) to take ownership of your product area

• Create new products that further drive our user growth as well as improve our product-led conversion into our content and core product from landing pages across English and international markets.

• Demonstrate scaling operational excellence, chart the path and drive the execution to go from 0-100 over the next few years.

• Coach team(s) with a focus on empowering them to grow and develop their skills.

About you

• Founder mindset - Strong ownership, autonomy and accountability. Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Impact driven.

• Strong track record in solving difficult problems. You love solving ambiguous business problems from first principles, and building solutions, processes, and teams around them. Your growth skills are sharp and so is your eye for a great user experience. You understand what high performance looks like when it comes to growth and you enjoy building the early playbooks, and then scaling them

• Ability to move fast and learn. You have a Strong analytical and data-driven mindset. Data, experimentation, and iterative refinement is your second language

• Growth minded - open to learning, changing and adapting based on new information and opportunities. Passion for innovation and continuous learning. You love the variety of jamming with the User Growth team on technical details, jumping into Product workshops, and joining support & sales calls to learn the challenges & aspirations of our customers

• Excellent communication skills, both written and on-video

• You thrive on being in the middle of a cross-functional team, wearing lots of hats, and uncovering all possible avenues to help your team and the business achieve its goals. You’re a self-starter with tenacity for execution and delivery
