About the team 

We’re looking for a senior product manager to be part of our B2B team. VEED has had great success with consumers. The B2B team’s role is to build on this success and create a product that is loved by businesses.

The team is very mission driven. We care a lot about the value we deliver to our users. We move quickly to launch features and iterate. You’ll be given a lot of autonomy to come up with ideas, develop them and track their impact. To do this you’ll need to deeply understand our users, gather feedback from sales, coordinate a team of senior engineers and a designer. This is not a role where you wait to be told what to do. The right candidate will love being proactive at driving the business forward and helping the team to achieve great things.

What you will do

• You will work with a friendly team of senior engineers, a designer and the Head of B2B.

• You will move quickly to deliver high value features to users on a weekly basis.

• You will be given high level goals and trusted to deliver on them; filling in the blanks in discussion with users, engineers, designers and other PMs;

• You will need to conduct user and competitor research to truly understand pain points and create valuable solutions

• You will take pride in the quality of product you deliver (measuring impact, thinking through edge cases, checking for bugs)

• You will need to work closely with neighboring PMs to manage stakeholders and consistency across the platform

• You can work remotely or at one of our offices (London or Amsterdam). VEED is remote by default with employees working all around the world. However, you will need to be in a UK/European time zone to collaborate with the B2B team and you’ll find it more fun if you can occasionally get to an office social.

The type of features you will work on include collaboration, workflow management, analytics, editing and security.

About you

• You will be a strong team player that contributes to an enjoyable working environment.

• 4-5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B SaaS.

• Proven ability to deliver high impact projects in a short period of time

• High quality of execution (thorough scoping, research and data analysis, best in class UI/UX, detail oriented, thinking through edge cases and error states as well as happy flows)

• Strong empathy for and understanding of user needs and ‘jobs to be done’.

• Strong prioritization skills - balancing engineering investment, user needs and commercial impact

• Good stakeholder management and communication skills. You will often need to collaborate with other teams.

• You will have a love for your craft and be a continuous learner, trying to improve the quality of your work.

• Experience and passion for creative, video or marketing tools would be beneficial.
